While serving in the United States Air Force, Bill was selected to attend the NCO Leadership School at Yokota Airbase in Japan. This formative experience had a substantial impact on his professional path and played a key role in shaping his success as a business leader. The principles and knowledge acquired through this program continue to underpin his leadership and culture presentations, as well as his practice as an individual leadership coach and mentor.
